OPTION 1:
(Hosting of a SandArt Activity – 2 hours)
(PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS OPTION IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE) (ONLY OPTION 2 & 3 ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE)
A SandArt activity takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on the number of children, cards per child and other activities planned for the event).
Rates to Host a SandArt Activity are as follows:
NB: Please note the travel fee below.
- R1000 for 10 children
- R1200 for 10 – 15 children
- R1400 for 15 – 20 children
- R1600 for 20 – 25 children
- R1800 for 25 – 30 children
- R2000 for 30 – 35 children

Card Prices:
- Exclusive Cards R32 each (151 x 150mm) (discontinued but do have stock)
- Large Cards R29 each (210 x 150mm)
- Postcards R14.50 each (150 x 105mm)
- Mini Mandalas R13 each (9.5 cm diameter)
- Mini Circles R13 each (9.5 cm diameter)
- Bookmarks R11.50 – each (210 x 37.5mm)
- Fridge Magnet Card Packs R50 per pack (4 per pack) (5 different combinations)
- Individual Fridge Magnets R12 each (without magnets)
- Magnets per sheet of 50 R46
We have a wide variety of cards available for girls and boys. The different card designs are available on this website. Please click on the “Card Design” icon and select the various types i.e. exclusive cards, large cards, postcards, bookmarks, mini mandalas, mini circles or fridge magnet packs.
OPTION 2:
- Hire a SandArt table (12 stations) at a cost of R500 which includes the trays, bowls, paintbrushes, lifters and 12 colours of sand, and buy your cards as per option 1 above.
- Hire a SandArt table (16 stations) at a cost of R550 which includes the trays, bowls, paintbrushes, lifters and 16 colours of sand, and buy your cards as per option 1 above.
- Hire a SandArt table (20 stations) at a cost of R600 which includes the trays, bowls, paintbrushes, lifters and 20 colours of sand, and buy your cards as per option 1 above.
Please note the following:
- that the sand is on a hire basis only and is returned together with the table, trays and lifters after usage.
- that with the table hire, (option 2 and 3), collection and drop-off is required.
OPTION 3:
Invest in the fully comprehensive Family Kit which costs R480. It consists of 14 Postcards, 2 Bookmarks, 2 Mini Mandalas, 2 Fridge Magnets, 12 x 50ml Bottles of sand (70g per bottle), 12 trays, lifters and a funnel. The Family Kit is perfect for small parties or home entertainment! Order extra cards i.e. exclusive cards, large cards, postcards, bookmarks, or fridge magnets. If you would like to make use of the SandArt table you can hire it at a cost of R400 (no sand included). Collection and drop-off of the table is required.

Terms & Conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking. The balance due must be paid no later than 10 days prior to your party. Should your party be booked during the week of the party date, full payment is required on confirmation.
